The purpose of this Software is to assist CERT search and rescue groups, Neighborhood organizations, and utility workers, efficiently document their activity or report hazards after a disaster. This data can quickly be forwarded to the local area Emergency Operations Center to provide leadership with timely detailed information about SAR activity and hazards found. The data collected can be used in lieu of the standard Rapid needs assessment Form.

Section one Allows local neighborhood organizations to survey the situation in their neighborhood and share the information with the local area Emergency Operations Center.
